Alex and Ed are the culinary masterminds behind Frenchie’s. With over 15 years of global experience working with Michelin-starred chefs from Paris to the Caribbean and the USA to London, they bring a wealth of expertise to Den Haag.
From Fine Dining to Fast Good
After meeting in the Netherlands and launching the successful Villa Coucou, a fine dining French Mediterranean restaurant, Alex and Ed decided to revolutionize the fast food industry. Frenchie’s was born out of their vision to turn fast food into “Fast Good” by serving unique French-inspired burgers made from sustainably sourced, fresh ingredients.
